We provide opportunities to potential gamers all over the world, whilst developing Yield Farming strategies that continue to be profitable and act as a redundancy against volatile market conditions. # What We Do ## Play-To-Own Gaming We scour the internet for quality teams with a solid infastructure who are building Crypto based Play-To-Own games that allow a user to enjoy a gaming experience whilst simultaneously earning a Crypto based reward, these assets are owned by the gamer which can later be sold on secondary markets.\ Due to the cost of entry to the majority of Play-To-Own games, a lot of potential users are unable to participate in a gaming experience without first having capital up-front, which often makes Play-To-Own games inaccessible to casual gamers.\ \ We provide a platform for gamers to be able to by-pass this barrier to entry, by purchasing the required assets to play the game, and then hiring these out to gamers in return for a percentage of all revenue generated. ## De-Fi Yield Farming Utilising our experience in the Crypto space, we find, research, and build various "Yield Farming" strategies that allow us to yield a higher than average APY return, ensuring that any potential loss that a volatile market may present, is mitigated as much as possible.\ \ This also allows us to build a treasury of funds to be able to re-invest into our Play-To-Own platform and provide more opportunities to more gamers. # How It Began ## The Beginning What started as a hedge against the Crypto bear-market in 2021, quickly turned into a world-wide operation to help people everywhere earn a sustainable income through the Play-To-Earn gaming revolution. Undisputed Noobs is the brain-child of Steve Woody; an army veteran, business owner, author, and father, who sits on the board of many charities as their Digital Advisor, and loves gaming in his spare time. The original name began as "Undisputed Noob". You may wonder, “why the name ‘Undisputed Noob’? Isn’t ‘noob’ a derogatory term?” Whilst “noob” is a derogatory term for a player who is new to a game, or a player who might not be particularly good at a game, Steve decided he wanted to reclaim power over the term, not just by “being a noob”, but by being *the* Undisputed Noob. Since it's inception in 2021, thousands of gamers have joined the Undisputed Noobs movement. Proud to be Noobs, players all over the world wear their title with pride, unafraid to play and enjoy the games they want to enjoy, without letting toxic members of the gaming community put them down or dishearten their activities. What started as one “noob”, has now become an army of *Noobs*. Because of this, Steve realised that being a "noob" wasn't just about him. As a large amount of gamers started to form around him, offering support to each other, sharing gaming strategies, building friendships, and developing a family-like community, Steve changed the name to "Undisputed Noobs" to reflect that community, and that everyone is welcome, providing they follow the Undisputed Noobs Core Values. # Our Ethos and Vision # Core Values Our core values have shaped our community since the very beginning and are the lifeline of who we are and what we do. Steve can be found playing games, building back-end systems, and speaking with anyone that will listen. ## CCO (Chief Coaching Officer) #### Cody "Coach Cody" Hernandez Coach Cody was recruited to Undisputed Noobs after watching one of Steve Woody's live streams. Whilst Steve was playing "Axie Infinity" live on stream, Cody offered to help coach Steve on how to utilise his team effectively, resulting in Steve winning multiple matches. Cody understood and resonated with the vision of Undisputed Noobs, and as a result, we asked him to come onboard as our full-time Head Coach and Esports representative. Cody used to play in the competitive gaming scene locally for multiple strategy based games such as Dota, Hearthstone, and Magic the Gathering. As a child, he was already an avid fan of gaming, from board games, consoles, pc games and mobile. That is why all guild members will OWN thier habitat once they successfully meet our terms. ``` ## How to get started ``` When successfully onboarded into Genopets you will be assigned a Habitat.
The level you recieve will depend on your pet level and number of steps you can consistently compelte each day \ Each Habitat is leased over a 6 month rental period (Level 2 and 3 habtats have the ability to extend this lease period for additional profits) \ The cost of the lease (maintenece) is front loaded which means you are responsible to cover the costs first before any profits can be removed \ Once costs are covered, you will convert into a 75 / 25 profit share weighted towards the member until such time as the cost of a habitat has been generated. \ At this time the guild will mint you a habitat of your choice and you will OWN it. Whilst some games cost very little to get started, quite often, the returns are very little as well. In order to play in some of the games that offer larger returns, a player will need to buy an NFT or game character, which is more often than not, unaffordable to most players. ## Getting Started After finding a game a player wants to take part in, they must then learn: * How to set up a Crypto Wallet * How to buy their character/s * How to start playing the game * How to earn a return in the game * How to cash out their earnings Whilst the above is relatively simple, it can be daunting to new players, especially new players who are also new to the Crypto space. ## Landscape Knowledge Another large issue with the Play-To-Earn space, is the lack of knowledge regarding how tokenomics work, and how player decisions can influence the failure or success of a game's lifespan. The majority of gamers want to play a game and cash out immediately, which can cause a drain on liquidity and token prices, without being aware that by holding or cashing out later, they actually increase the value of their particular token, allow the game's lifespan to increase, and yield a higher return overall. # Solutions ## Guidance and Education Undisputed Noobs takes away the hard-work and worry about getting started in the Play-To-Own space by offering guidance, tutorials, community, coaching, and investment upfront to new players. By offering a "Membership" business model, a player will join the Undisputed Noobs community, and providing they meet our Core Values, will be recruited as a "Member". Undisputed Noobs will then lease a particular NFT/Character/Team to the Member, in return for a percentage of their earnings. This allows players to have access to the game/s they want to play and allows them to earn an income from playing those games, whilst simultaneously allowing Undisputed Noobs to build a treasury to re-invest into new projects and Scholars.
